MY DAILY VITAMIN/MINERAL LIST



I tend to change my regime of NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS back and forth, up and down, sometimes based on an emerging condition, or perhaps a newly discovered recommendation. In general, as winter begins I tend to start loading up on vitamins, minerals and herbs, like right now, then in the summer I get busy, I feel great and I slack off. Some years I can go 6-12 months without taking anything. I prefer to take them year-round, I just get lazy or forgetful.


The theme of what I take also varies, sometimes it’s all about liver and gall bladder, maybe joint pain rx, or general detox, prostate, thyroid, immunity, the so-called “fat burners”, and certainly I’m always thinking cancer protection, as well as prevention for heart attack or stroke. Sometimes it could be taking medicines for almost all of these Quite often I start something based on some infomercial or due to a mercola.com report. For sourcing, I’m a big fan of Swanson Vitamin out of Fargo, ND but some of the others are from Primal Lab (Triflexerin, Resurge) and others.The CBD is my own Hay Creek Hemp, dose usually 1/2 dropperful.

EVENING

Digestive enzymes (when I remember)


NIGHT

Resurge (for sleep quality)

CBD OIL (plus topical CBD ointment)
